The ‘Ten Positive Things’ Challenge

Our friend Rob of Robert M. Goldstein invited his readers to participate. A love the idea about this challenge. We are talking nicely about others and value a lot about them but when it comes to ourselves… So, if you have a few minutes then please write down 10 beautiful things about you.
In honor of the creator of this challenge, I will use the original words:

The ‘Ten Positive Things’ Challenge comes from Bipolar Whispers who writes:

“I tend to see things negatively when it comes to myself. So I thought I would challenge myself. In doing so I am also challenging you. Yes YOU! The readers of my blog. I want you to write 10 positive things about you that have nothing to do with any of your mental health issues. Post them on your blog and link the link in the comments. “

Ten Positive Things About Me:

I am looking at the good in others no matter how they behave

I am making an effort to grant others their own truth when even if it is not

I am stubborn (yes, it can be positive because it brought me a long way)

Fears provoke me to overcome them

I believe in my dreams, no matter how long it takes to realize them, I won’t give up

I always find ways to motivate myself

My greatest joy is making others smile

I am most grateful for the trust of others

What I am told in confidence will never leave me

I have a happy heart which helped me to overcome the saddest times

Thank you for sharing this beautiful challenge, Robert!

In Love and Light

The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.

Hi, Saadia. Yes, I would say that fear is the biggest limitation we put on ourselves. It is not always easy to overcome but at least we should be aware that it is our mind distorting the truth!

Thank you, Sylvester. I am humbled to hear that. We all are such beautiful rainbows. So, let’s push the clouds aside and look at our colors. What about you participating?

You’re very welcome. The brightest and beautiful rainbows and it all starts within. I will do some investigating and see what I discover about myself 😉
