Our friend Rob of Robert M. Goldstein invited his readers to participate. A love the idea about this challenge. We are talking nicely about others and value a lot about them but when it comes to ourselves… So, if you have a few minutes then please write down 10 beautiful things about you.
In honor of the creator of this challenge I will use the original words:
The ‘Ten Positive Things’ Challenge comes from Bipolar Whispers who writes:
“I tend to see things negatively when it comes to myself. So I thought I would challenge myself. In doing so I am also challenging you. Yes YOU! The readers of my blog. I want you to write 10 positive things about you that have nothing to do with any of your mental health issues. Post them on your blog and link the link in the comments. “
Ten Positive Things About Me:
I am looking at the good in others no matter how they behave
I am making it an effort to grant others their own truth when even it is not
I am stubborn (yes, it can be positive because it brought me a long way)
Fears provoke me to overcome them
I believe in my dreams, no matter how long it takes to realize them, I won’t give up
I always find ways to motivate myself
My greatest joy is making others smile
I am most grateful for the trust of others
What I am told in confidence will never leave me
I have a happy heart which helped me to overcome the saddest times
Thank you for sharing this beautiful challenge, Robert!
In Love and Light
That’s right! 💕

Ten very positive things Erika.. And what a wonderful challenge set by Rob. Bipolar is not an easy condition to live with. I am way behind blogs and follow Rob too.. So thank you for joining in his Challenge Erika. I think many of us fail to see the positive and beauty in ourselves..
Something that has taken me a near life time to change. 🙂
And there is no greater gift than to make others Smile..
Keep that Happy smile of yours in place too Erika.. Your joy and your wisdom inspire many of your readers.
Much love for a relaxing Sunday..
Love and Blessings

Yes, Sue, I thought exactly the same when I read Rob’s post. We barely look at us in an admiring way. But there is so much beauty in ourselves. It is a paradox that we can see it in others but not that much in ourselves. I am still practicing too and so this challenge is really great!
I won’t ever give up smiling and trying to inspire others to do the same 😊
Love and blessings to you too, dear Sue 💖
