So true, Erika. We’re often equally afraid of both outcomes, failing feels like proof we shouldn’t have tried, succeeding means we have to keep showing up at that new level. But the risk itself is where the growth happens, regardless of which way it goes. Beautifully put.

Erika, in the book and movie “The Right Stuff,” test pilots called risk “pushing the envelope.” They had to push the limits on the jet planes to ascertain flaws and opportunities. Keith
