Right, but isn’t it human to avoid the painful and uncomfortable if possible? The “good news” is that if you try to walk around the challenge, life will make sure you face it one day by putting on more and more pressure… I think we cannot really escape the challenges that are made for us, but the way we look at them makes it a bit easier to deal with them.
