I tried to be invisible, just doing what I thought would make others overlook me. Not being questioned or asked for my opinion. In doing so, I lost contact to myself and it was a hard way back. Those, who were respected and admired were the ones freeling being how they wanted to be, not afraid of failing or being taken to the school director.

When we finally step through our fear, the freedom is beyond words. We don’t realise just how much we hold it, until it suddenly drops away in its understanding. A weight beyond words.

And the most powerful thing…we realise we have worked for this understanding all our lives and we have finally reached it. The smile is so natural, so heartfelt that it gleams from our entire body. I think it is what they call a glow…like from those madly in love. And we are…finally…with ourselves 🤣❤️🙏

That’s such an important part you mentioned. We don’t even notice how much it burdens and blocks us since we are used to carry it around. But once it falls off it is like experiencing life completely new and what it actually means!
