Erika, very interesting quote. I had a colleague who was not very good at public speaking. So, he put himself well outside his comfort zone. He taught a class on Pilates, which he knew nothing about beforehand. Since that time, he relished conducting training and ice-breaker sessions for colleagues and client groups. Keith

Wow, that’s a “jump into the cold water” as we say over here. Very courageous and (as he experienced) successful! Yes, take that step and you will be surprised how much you benefit from it! Thanks for this example, Keith!
