It is, is the fear of change, the unknown and failure ❤️

Right, it is the unknown we have no control over yet, since it is a new field we begin to walk. But after walking it, it looks brighter after a while (or instantly) than we thought.💖

A defense mechanism that kicks in automatically that we need to turn off. Have a nice week!

That’s a good point. Indeed, it is like protecting us from something we actually donl’t know yet. Thank you, and you too!

Erika, I would add that fear arises in others impacted by decisions made by those without experience. This defines the US president and more than several inexperienced cabinet members. Many Americans fear their own president. And, should. Keith

I agree, Keith, it is the uncontrollable we fear. Often it goes along with too little information about the subject. The more you know about something the less dark spots are left which can cause fear.
Getting back to your example, how can we ever know enough about how people (specifically the US president) act and react, even less it is possible to have control about them. Yes, that insecurity can cause fear.

Well said. Easy example – Trump does not really know how tariffs work, as he cannot explain them. Keith

This is so very true! I’ve seen it many times throughout my many years. Often the dread of an event is ten times worse than the actual event.

So, so true! We expect the worse reflectively although we don’t know the whole picture.

We think, we know what comes, but actually we don’t. Isn’t it interesting that we worry rather than have faith?

one most things we fear, never happen

I agree, we put unnecessary mental strain on ourselves (and our health) – although we don’t have evidence in any direction.

Indeed Erika, it is just our projections into the future. Well said kind lady 🤗❤️🙏
