At least, we don’t notice for long they are not fitting anymore.

So true! When our hands are full, we cannot grab anything else.

Right, we may hold on to something that does not even serve anymore.

Erika, I would prefer to see it say “Empty hands should grab at new chances.” Often, people who are busy, will take on new chances, even if they shouldn’t. Yet, they may be the ones who will get it done. Some with empty hands are empty for a reason. Keith

Hmm, that is a good point, Keith. Yes, some are just sitting and watching… life go by without participating.

Agreed. There is an old saying, if you want something done, give it to a busy person. That can backfire if they are too busy, Keith

And that is definitely true. They need to find ways to get everything done and they will find ways.

As long as we hold on to something old, our hands are occupied and cannot catch whatever they cold grab.

So, if I put down the chocolate I shall no longer be stuck 😂
Indeed Erika, holding something doesn’t allow other things to come in. Especially the healing we need 🤗❤️🙏

Hmm, I’d give it a try… lol
Well said, Mark. Holding on is so much more strenuous too and uses up all the energy we could put in something much more fulfilling. Oh, and how liberating it feels when we open that hand, eventually.

Afraid to lose something and holding it so tight…we then can’t reach for something…like change 🤗❤️🙏

Right, and not making a clear decision (which way ever) can put one in a terrible dilemma.

Hit the send button by accident…and was about to say…it is a liberating feeling to dare to ‘let go’ indeed kind lady 🤗❤️🙏

Ahhh, yes, for sure, it is. To tell from my experiences, letting go is one of the most liberating feelings of all. You notice very well, if you let go or only said, you’s let go. There is such a difference.
