Thanks Erika. Insight does require reflection. But, good insights do require a good foundation to start with. Someone who has been taught to hate will have insights based on that foundation. Keith

Good point, Keith, as always. We learn from opposites and from experiencing the consequences of our deeds and attitudes – sooner or later. It is true one who was taught to hate well have this as the starting point of his journey to find out that hate can never lead to contentment.
