Neither would I, Sue. Hindsight I recognize how much I grew from what almost squished me, and understanding it takes the fear of further challenges (at least a bit… hehe). But it definitely holds that encouraging spark that everything is temporary and better times will come.

Exactly… at the time of experience we have to Feel in order to grow through it.. But all is temporary as you say… And Oh yes… Better times are on the horizon,, And I am pleased that we are here to help navigate ourselves through it.. Its why we were born.. ❤ xx ❤

Setting oneself under pressure is such a reflex, practicing detachment from fear and expectations is the best way to let our self flow which always leads to success!

We do succeed every moment Erika, ever many changes from all we do. And thankfully, even those mistakes guide us to go beyond what we were and build that ‘us’ a little stronger, a little lighter, more open and loving as we do. It is not easy when you are forced to write. I think that is the worst for any artist. It needs a lot of relaxation to distance from that pressure to find that inner place of creativity again. As you do: Visualizing and feeling the joy of the goal already realized is one of the best methods to get past that pressure. Big hugs, Sis 💖

That sounds great! We need to give ourselves some time to let the right time arrive when things flow by themselves… I know, easier said than done when you have a dead line.
