True! The reason we avoid it is often because we know, it is time to face something we don’t feel comfortable with. But only by grabbing the bull by the horns we can eliminate that feeling or it will stay and even become more overwhelming. Thank you, dear!

“Avoid the fear, avoid the love”. That’s exactly it. As Wayne Dyer said: “Fear and love are two ends of the same energy. You cannot feel both at a time.” That door is it indeed that we need to walk through and go beyond fear to reach the other end: Love!

Yes kind lady, it is indeed that having too much or not enough in that spectrum. When I was shown hell, it was just that lack of love, the other end of that spectrum of unconditional love. Well said Erika, they are all there to accept or deny in our beliefs of ourselves 😀❤️🙏
