Of course, that should be clear. First and foremost it is about overcoming our own set limitations. However, sometimes you cannot make a particular step without hurting someone because it is an enivitable part of that step. For example, you know you need to leave a relationship and only stay because you don’t want to hurt the other one… that leads to more pain in the end on both sides.
