Totally! What we carry around inside will show up on the surface (body) sooner or later. So, not being able to think made it easy to throw out this haiku 😂

This came as a reminder to myself… As I had to listen to my body when I was taken into A and E this week.. Lol…. It got my attention.. 🙂 and I am fine… and okay now… But I am listening ! 🙂
