Since my work schedule in my employed job has changed, my weekly poem will be published on Thursdays from now on.
Take This Chance!
If I just could, if I had time
Too afraid to fall or fail
It’s too late, not worth the try
Such phrases make a life so pale
I’ll wait until the time has come
For better circumstances
I’ll wait and hope that they will change
I’ll wait until I missed all chances
A life’s only a life when lived
When you absorb what this world lends
When you share what you have to give
When your will to learn never ends
Don’t waste your time, stand up and fly
Don’t lose yourself in doubt and fear
Be your best artist, enjoy the show
And see why you have come down here.

As long as one tries everything to move forward and doesn’t hide behind excuses or not taking risks and responsibility, it is his best. I talked with my partner yesterday and we both said, if the last day is coming and I can say” I had a good life because I filled it with living my dreams, takind my chances, and enjoying what I had” then I can go in peace when even I would have loved to have some more years to fill.

Everyday the doors are open with opportunities to do something fulfilling for your individual life. Whatever it is that you dream, want or hope for, the tools are for you to use regardless of how fast or slow you move forward. As your comment states… just don’t stand still.
