Wouldn’t that be cool? I have a mini version of it sitting at my little creek under a rock.
It can be pretty tricky to recognize it but the longer it keeps you from doing what you actually want to do, the clearer it is, that it was the ego talking to you all the time. But that is a problem everybody has to deal with up to a certain degree.

The ego is an invention of our mind that has become like a being of its own that sometimes takes over. But it is still our own mind. Instead of breaking it down we need to identify how we feed our minds and as a consequence change those thoughts in alignment with our inner voice. Not easy but possible. Thank you, Sylvester. You have a lovely weekend too 😊

That we do kind lady. It was an interesting part of my journey, as I understood me through my fears…it became less and less. As self love wrapped its arms around me, my confidence grew…I could finally see that inner truth that I was. And ego, its still there…but in that understanding it lost its power. Appreciated for what it gave me, poked me as needed…but like all those things we climb in our hearts, once conquered we let them go but know they have built what we have become. That’s the big insight, I think. I see the ego not necessarily as my enemy but rather as an instrument that pushes me through my lessons. Once we can differ between the ego self and our true self that is the ultimate breakthrough.

It is not easy to identify the ego. But if we practice observing ourselves and listening to the silent voice inside us, we get there step by step.

Yes, exactly. It does not help to ignore it but only to look it in the eyes and see its personality in order to differ between its self and our true self. Probably a life-long process but with so many blissful moments when we reveal out true self more and more. Thank you, Sis 💖
