True Gail…but an interesting thing…the closer we are to unconditional love within ourselves, the more we can ‘feel’ another. It may not be reading minds but it most certainly reads hearts 😀 ❤️

You know, we are thinking more than 60’000 thoughts a day. And most of them are just unconscious and reflexive thinking. Once we are aware that we can master our thoughts, the quality of the life we “invent” can change dramatically.

Erika, so true. But, we need to also recognize much of what we do is habitual, so we need to break from old habits and replace them with new ones. Keith

Yes, absolutly! We tend to function in stereotype ways and wonder why everything stays the same. Habits are nothing more than thoughts thought often enough until they become a new reflex… btw. I loved The Power of Habit.
