I agree. I think the art is to differ between what we can control (and do it) and what we can’t and accept that fact without the effort of useless resistance.

That is the only thing we can always have under control. Unfortunately, many are not aware of that and blame others for how they make them react. Just think of abusers who blame the person they beat for making irritating them…
