Vision of Love
The first time when we met
I knew there must be more
Immediately felt
Like we had met before
Your voice a déjà vu
Your words like stored inside
And when I saw your face
I thought, where did you hide?
I might have held all life
A vision in my heart
A dream I held on to
As long as we’re apart
A universal plan
Only our hearts did know
Was finally revealed
To let our love’s dream flow
Patience was tested but
True love exists, I knew
It has your tender heart
And its face does look like you

Happy you thoughts so too, Keith. As always, you catch the part which feels the most meaningful to me too. Thank you very much!

Erika. I love clever phrasing, but the most impactful lines often look you right in the eye. Keith

That is actually true, most of all when the meaning comes from a really deep place inside and reaches that place in the reader. I thank you for telling me that, Keith!
