Let us continue to believe in a world where respect and appreciation for one another are held dear. Let us never stop seeing the good in each other and do everything we can to spread love and compassion for a world that will one day live in peace.

At one point, I noticed being completely relaxed and detached from any agenda or news. I read a bit in Neal Donald Walsch’s book “What God Said”. I think I only made it through a page when I laid the book aside and asked myself what I actually believe. What do I believe about my role here in connection to every person? And what do I believe about my connection to God? Instantly, I felt the need to write everything down that started coming up like an eruption of a volcano. What you read in the following are my unfiltered thoughts in the exact order I wrote them down.

Many (or maybe most) people see God (or however you want to name Him, I prefer the term “universe”) as a separate entity. That is why religions have such power over their “sheep” since God is an individual power we are helplessly at His mercy. This separation is the main difficulty to align with love. As I understand and feel it, EVERYTHING is one. God is the only “thing”, the only energy, that exists. We and everything we see, hear, and feel are part of this only energy. His energy has split into countless parts, a universe, planets, minerals, and different life forms. But it is still ONE. We are ONE! We may have free will and separate bodies, but that is only the visible side. Nevertheless, we are ONE. Nothing can be lost because it is part of this universe – of God. We exist because God experiences Himself through everyone and everything. That is why everything that happens is orchestrated to perfectly connect different situations and experiences. We are God experiencing Himself in different stories. If so, why are we afraid to experience, try, and explore? God is eternal, and so are we. God is immortal. God cannot be harmed. That which we really are is safe!

How often do we hear that we need to be more tolerant? Tolerant regarding other people’s opinions, way of living, and decisions. And, of course, it goes further than being tolerant regarding different cultures or religions, races, and LGBTYQIA+. But is becoming more tolerant a good idea? It made me think about the meaning of tolerance.

We are already moving toward the end of January, but when I scheduled this post, it was December 30. On that day, I received a wonderful gift from our dear blogger friend Parneet: his book, Prisons – The Six Secrets of Life. Even when he offered to send me a signed copy, I was touched by his kind gesture. Then, when I held the book in my hands, I was touched again. I know I don’t post here as often as I did a few years ago. I wish I had more time, but “the bills” have to be paid, too. That’s why I appreciate such loving gestures all the more and hope I can give back some of what I receive here.

“Humans are made up of more than 90 percent stardust. Most of the body’s atoms and molecules were once formed in stars.”
A few weeks ago, I heard this in a movie, and it intrigued me. As a result, I came across some interesting articles on the Internet, for example, one from the Stuttgarter Nachrichten. Here is a short excerpt:
The specific chemical composition turns stardust into a diamond, stone or plant, bacterium, insect, or a “Homo sapiens”. The cells in our bodies, the oxygen we breathe, the carbon and nitrogen in our tissues, the calcium in our bones – all come from stardust produced many billions of years ago and continues to be generated.

Because they are those who share their strength with a grounded but at the same time, a higher perspective. They are understanding with those who do struggle during these extraordinary times. They refuse to let unnecessary negativity that others may spread influence their moods. That is the strength we need.
Read more ›How can a touch suffice
How can a life be enough
How can words say it all
When a heart’s full of love
There was a time I did not know
The man who holds my hand
When I resigned to find a love
And thought that it’s not meant
The moment when I did make peace
With what may be my destiny
The universe thought, now it’s time
You dropped in unexpectedly
Like sent from heaven you were there
You felt it right away
It took me time to realize
That you have come to stay
Like a burnt child, I was afraid
To burn my heart again
But once your loving light touched me
It blew the wall of pain
You caught my fall when I was at
The lowest in my life
You turned the sun on and my heart
Started to bloom and thrive
The miracle of you is real
And love is meant to be
I’ll treasure you for all my life
The one who’s meant for me
In Love and Light
One
There is nothing I love more
Than dreaming of my love
Losing myself in memories
While rising like a dove
I’m looking down on us
And how far we have come
Even in seeming setbacks
Love proves how much we’re one
It doesn’t matter where
I am or where you are
Our love’s constantly growing
Whether we’re near or far
Although this is a fact
It may not be quite true
Because much more than dreaming of
I love to be with you
In Love and Light
Time has passed us by
But look at us today
We have not resigned
We continued our way

There’s something in my chest
A bright and golden light
It keeps me going strong
Its beat’s pulsating life
It warms me when I’m cold
It wipes away my tears
And when I lose my path
Chases away my fears
It wasn’t always there
First, it was in your chest
You put it in my hand
And asked: Build it a nest!
I did my best and searched
To find the perfect place
A heart so full of love
A gift of divine grace
I hoped you wouldn’t mind
And put it to my heart
Now it is safe and sound
And we’re never apart

I actually planned to write another post about the 25 core messages God shared. But this will happen at a different time since I feel like sharing something that moved me some days ago. I met a new blogger, Sheila Murrey of Take It Upon Yourself, who left a wonderful comment about her emotions and thoughts regarding the movie Bohmian Rhapsody. She expressed wonderfully what I felt too. I took a look at her blog and saw that she has written a book about self-development, healing (body and soul), and giving a look at life from a higher perspective. I was excited that I found her. Or actually, she found me. It is always such a joy to see how many people are dedicating their free time or even their lives to giving something to help others bring more light into their own lives.
Then I thought of a post about our lovely Sue of Dreamwalker’s Sanctuary. She had an inconvenient encounter here on WordPress with another blogger who couldn’t deal with the fact that Sue used an analogy that blogger used too – without both knowing of each other. Instead of being pleased to see that her way might be truthful and that there are others to support the healing in this world, she reacted offended AND offended. Why do we so easily think we are in a competition here. I don’t exclude myself, by the way. it is a reflex that must have been planted in us from childhood on by all the influences of society. Aren’t we all living for the goal of living a happy and fulfilled life? Like I want it, you want it, and she and he want it too! We cannot claim to have the copyright of sending light because we all ARE light. And the only thing that can dim that light is when the ego takes over in its distorting opinions.
There is not one best song or music style. Some reach more people but some like this most and some like that. So it makes no sense to compete over it. That is the reason why I don’t like those competition shows anymore. Just because the majority thinks one song or singer is the best doesn’t mean it really is the best one. They simply are the ones, the majority of those who watched and voted liked it most. Don’t get me wrong, competitions can push us to work on ourselves to get better but we should always be aware that it is not a general truth. Like that, there is not only one way or one best way. There are many ways. There are even many ways for each individual regarding their state of awareness.
When everybody does everything their way then it will always reach exactly those people who need exactly what they share. If two share something similar or even the same then only because even more people might need it and that way more people can be reached.
Remember, we all may have the same goals but we are all individuals to serve individuals individually. That way we all walk towards those goals in the way meant for each one of us. Isn’t that amazing?
In Love and Light

A few weeks ago I picked up one of Walsch’s books and began to read the first pages. After I read the short list of the 25 core messages to explain the main message (in the title) I stopped reading. It was so inspiring and my mind started spinning. Before I read on I want to share the flow of pictures and thoughts of some of those core messages that immediately filled me. Most of those core messages won’t appear new since we are talking about them over and over again. We all share them in our own words. Isn’t that amazing proof that we are fully aware of God’s message? If you would like to read the previous parts, you can check out here part 1, part 2, part 3, part 4, part 5, and part 6.
Read more ›We are connecting with each other in various ways daily. More consciously in our jobs, with family or friends, and more unconsciously in the bus, in the supermarket,… But there is something that happens beyond a visible or physical connection. There is something we feel before the first word is said, often even before the first eye contact. It is the radiation we feel about each other. That first impression. It may not give us a clear picture – because how we perceive a person says more about ourselves than about them – but it is very important for the way that encounter continues. It is like extending invisible tentacles in order to scan the other person.
