That is absolutely the point, Keith! We cannot keep everything the way it is anaway. Change happens. But we do ourselves a huge favor if we (at least) just go along with it. Fighting weakens, but “focusing our energy” on the new, charges us and gives us even a sense of security since we prepare ourselves consciously.

Breaking through is exactly what growth demands, you can’t expand into who you’re meant to become while staying in the container that shaped the old version of you. That image of someone shattering through captures it perfectly: the discomfort is the signal that real transformation is happening.
