Right, that too! What works in the small works perfectly in the big world. Not hatred and violence but love brings back peace. Not easy to keep up that attitude these days but even more important.

Indeed it does Erika. Our fears restrict our love, so we will only ever give of that restricted love. That love is always 100% there, we just have to understand and ‘let go’ that wall that is our fear. And touch something wonderful. Great post kind lady, may we all stand in its beauty 🤗❤️🙏

I like that term “restricted love”. That’s what it is as long as we are ruled by conditions. There are so many attachments that keep us from seeing and freeing ourselves. We can only keep working on dropping shell by shell and layer by layer. Even that is already priceless. Amazing to imagine how complete uncondtionality must feel like… 💖

I’ve had 50 goes at trying to express it in words Erika, and it just can’t be done. It is beyond the words. In fact, it was another sense altogether, you could feel, touch, know…everything at once. But the one thing that stood out was the love, like that love we have when we first fall madly, deeply in love…but way more. It was ‘pure’ and not held by anything. The one thing that stood out was I was totally open, within it, a part of it, a total acceptance, and totally free 🤗❤️🙏

Difficult to explain, I so get it. I had such a moment when I realilzed that the fear that had controlled me all my life was just a construct of my own thoughts. When the broke down, I felt this immense freedom and power, and yes, love that made me see my misunderstanding with arms wide open. It was like being surrounded and flooded by unconditionality. Again, difficult to explain 💖
