Well said. So many things that could have been different. But I must admit, on going through my fear I could see that each and every step that I took was a very profound path to reach what I have now become in those many changes. And like anything to do with love or without (our fearful walls), so many changes can make that path and we will attract accordingly to reach that beauty at its destination. There is indeed something there waiting, something that will give a very profound appreciation of all those steps we took. All of them. Thank you for sharing your steps 🤗❤️🙏

It is an interesting thing that we all tend to ‘avoid’ our fears Erika, hence the build up until we scream every time it visits us. But the breakthrough when we understand them, is a very powerful thing. Almost like the meaning of life. The two things that truly leave there mark is those opposites of fear and love, and give us a very profound appreciation of life when we go through them. Oh, yes, understanding that my fears are only a construct of my own thoughts was the biggest breakthrough and liberation I have experienced so far. The power and self-esteem it gave me is indescribable. I felt like I could conquer the world, since fear is an illusion. It does not mean, I have no fears anymore, but I deal completely different with them and they cannot control me anymore! Thanks for adding that, Mark 💖
