It does not depend on the age. We just need to give where it could be needed, share a smile, give the right of way, bake something and bring it to work… or whatever. When we honestly want to make the life of someone else a little bit better, this will be reflected in our own lives.

When one is filled with love, with real true love, then it is impossible to hold it inside… it is too much to hold in one being yet, one being can hold so much love. We generate this love when we share. It is like donating blood. You give and reproduce new. We can never run out of love, it is amazing 💖
