Erika, a gerontologist said during an interview, we should remain curious until the day we die as it will help with longevity. Keith

I can relate to that theory totally! Curiosity not only keeps us alive, it makes us feel alive! And that gives life.

Sometimes it’s an answer to a question we haven’t yet asked.

That’s a very thought-provoking comment, Gary. I couldn’t agree more. It reminds me of the first months and years when I discovered life anew at the age around 40. I got so many answers I did not even know I could ever asked that question.

LOVE THIS! YES!! You’re a light, dear friend! I always stay curious….open-heartedness and kindness accompany it well!

I can only imagine how much patience you had to learn on your journey. But yes, it is love that guides us to the point we are to reach and eventually understand in our personal way 💖

But I’m always very impatient, Erika! But I’ll take it seriously! xx Michael

Believe me, I have no idea where I was when patience was handed out…

Sometimes it is in the time we need to be patient that reveals the big secret.

Nearly Erika…but…if I can’t tell what flavor the chocolate is…it steals my serenity 🤣
Great post kind lady, may we ever find that serenity while our curiosity explores our hearts 🤗🥰❤️🙏

Ah yes …………… and as some “really, really old” person noted for posterity – “Patience is a virtue”!

Oh, yes, a precious virtue indeed!

Haha, that they did…they ‘knew’ kind sirs. But I’m only 65…a couple more years and I’ll know it all 🤣

No you won’t Mark. Based on my experiences to date (age 77), there is still so much to learn!!

Oh no…more learning? I feel even older now just hearing that 🤣😂

Mark – If you are enjoying your chocolate, the only advantage to knowing the flavour is when you buy some more. Not knowing the flavour is a minor detail, so recapture your serenity and simply enjoy eh!

So true colinandray, to just enjoy the serenity of each delicious moment. Or in fact it is the excitement of ‘not’ knowing, that discovery in each bite. Ah chocolate, who invented it 🤗❤️🙏

Apparently “The Olmec, one of the earliest civilizations in Latin America, were the first to turn the cacao plant into chocolate. They drank an ancient chocolate drink during rituals and used it as medicine. Centuries later, the Mayans praised chocolate as the drink of the gods.”

I knew that chocolate calms the nerves but I had no idea that it was even used as medicine and during rituals.

A good excuse for adding more rituals to one’s life eh!

Well, now I am much better educated, thank you kind sirs. And I agree, it is the drink of the ‘Gods’. Plus, as a medicine it has healed me well, it stopped me from eating all those other sweets I shouldn’t have 🤗🤣

Oh, that darn chocolate test again 😂 Life has a lot of hidden tests to train our serenity… I think at least our curiousity won’t ever vanish… lol

Haha, it is a test in life Erika. And oh yes, the curiosity of testing them all. But the serenity in the after affects is heaven 🤣❤️🙏
