I think that is what we skip too often. It is uncomfortoble to clean up and clear out. So, we postpone it until the load becomes almost unbearable.

I dare to say even though her health is heavily affected, her heart and mind are light and bright like the smile of a child. Anyway, I would appreciate her being over for a hike. How wonderful would that be. And maybe she could teach us me a bit more about sorting things out. It seems I will still be busy for a while… lol 💖

Her heart is indeed so light Erika. On going through so much I have no doubt she is releasing so many things. Our journey is to sort us out and find that lightness as we go through life, many a hill to climb, forests to explore, and a heart in our backpack to feel every path. I agree fully and think the same. Sometimes our lesson is to drop every layer that is not our real being to recognize it. I think that is the actual enlightenment. Let’s enjoy the journey whatever it will bring..
