I believe it was Leo Buscaglia who said “You cannot teach what you have not learned.”

While most will acknowledge that in academics (you cannot possibly teach Nuclear Physics if you never learned about it), very few people have considered that the same rationale applies to everything else.

Back to Leo’s quote ….. His context was Love. If you have not experienced and learned Love, then you cannot possible teach it to others. I see no reason why the same rationale would not apply to Happiness! 🙂
