Thanks Erika. What many in business leadership fail to realize is the better ideas come from those who are closest to the customer or closest to production. They see the problems every day and can suggest how to fix things.

Absolutely, Keith. Too many leaders complain about too little support but don’t realize that they restrict the potential. On the other hand, many keep others low to appear bigger… which way ever, it doesn’t lead to any contentment.
