#HitsByYears – 1984

Let’s continue with the hard choices of this fantastic music year! You will find famous songs that are still played on the radio today, and others that may have been forgotten over the years.

Ghostbusters – Ray Parker jr.

Hold Me Now – Thompson Twins

I know there are so so so many more famous and great songs that have shaped the history of music. I hope you like my choices. However, please feel free and leave your personal favorite song of 1984 in the comments. Since all of the songs you find here have been already scheduled in advance, you may still find your favorite in a later post anyway.

The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.

80s, Hits by years

There are good songs too these days, but it is not the same anymore. With some songs I have the feeling they were simply written for the masses, because certain styles sell well. But basically there was also that in the 80s.

Ghostbusters was something so new as a movie. And the song was a huge hit. I am glad I researched the year a bit. I had almost forgotten about the Hold Me Now.

Oh no, I’m too low down in the world, video not available in my country. Let me see…I vaguely remember Ray Parker Jr and maybe a bit of Ghostbusters I’m sure…I’ll hum a few bars and see if it rings any bells πŸ˜‚ 🀣

Not a hope, I think everywhere you walked, drove or flew its posters or music could be seen or heard everywhere. It would almost have to be the No 1 of the year because of its impact πŸ˜‚ 🀣
