The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
Haha, what you said made me think straight away of my mind. It get mucked out and refilled often…until I found why I did that. The echo’s in there now is like being at a wedding…a hallowed place with love in their eyes, laughter, smiles and gladly knowing it is a lifelong commitment 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
Exactly, the difficulty often is to differ whats unnecessary and what is not since what is unnecessary now may have been necessary before. So, it is a constant process of checking that bag. Thank you and you too!
I can relate to that very well. Often I only notice that it is time to clear it out is when the pressure of the weight gets so heavy that I cannot move anymore… Thank you, Jan!
Wow, that’s another great analogy you threw out of your sleeve, Keith. Indeed, both might go along with each other inseparably. The lighter the pack the longer you walked the journey. Would you allow me to save that quote and share it later?
So true. As a young climber my pack would be laden with so much kit and provisions. As I got older that pack became so much smaller.

We get so used to the slowly adding weight that we only recognize it when we can hardly breathe.

If we can keep it free of the unnecessary, then it should be good to go. Have a nice week, Erika 🌞

Sometimes I allow my backpack to get too heavy. That’s when it’s time to stop and clean it out! Thanks for sharing, Erika!

Erika, you have to like someone with a light pack and worn hiking shoes. Keith

We tend to carry baggage long after the suitcase is empty. 😜

Oh Gail, I thought the backpack WAS to keep all my buttons in. Mine used to rattle worse than a rattle snake…and I carried it like one too 😂 🤣
