Hi Erika! The image you paired with this quote is perfect and put a huge smile in my heart.
I was already smiling when noting the updated image for your Gravatar. I saw it, thought of your tireless support of others – not only through your daily messages, but also how you are there – always, in support.
I wondered how often take time to send you a ‘thank you’ and become a mirror for you – to remind you of your own importance.
You are treasured. Thank you for being you.

And we basically learn this by experience, don’t we?

We have to stand up for ourselves and let people pidgeon hole us. Thanks for the power up message.

As soon as we notice it! Sometimes it needs a lot of courage when you are depending on those people in some way… but in the end, there is always a way. You are welcome and thank you too.

Erika, my guess is six people could pick that car up and move it needed. Keith

Lol 🤣 I love that. Beautifully said dear lady. I don’t know how many times I’ve been a crash test dummy for everyone else’s idea of me 😂 🤣 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

We do it as mothers, as parents, as workers in all those expectations around us, even our own…but slowly we feel that mask wearing we do, that fear walk that we all begin with. But as we begin to see our inner truth of that love we feel we are missing, we begin to step out of it and become the beauty that self love is. And like all we do it is a learning curve so we can understand unconditional love by doing a very conditional love first 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

And here again it all comes down to love, and to unconditional love in particular. It is all about getting back into the awareness of unconditional love that will heal us collectively. Wonderful, Mark, thank you 💖
