The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
It is so true, isn’t it? The greatest success comes when we give ourselves into what we do. When we flow into our actions the products carry our souls. Thank you, Jan. You have a great weekend too!

Oh what? So I have to drink herbal tea? 😂 🤣 I think it’s ok though, the love potion I’ve been given goes into everything…even me and I’m as tough as a they come. Beautiful words dear lady, those words lift us higher also 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
I do love an Elderberry & Echinacea herbal tea. The Elderberry is a great virus fighter. They did a lot of research on it and it worked that well that the owners of all the Elderberry products used for virus’s put their prices up by over 60%…here in Australia anyway 😦 And I’ve also noticed that those research projects that were online have now vanished. I wonder who wants that removed 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
Herbs can have a great power when used correctly. Maybe they cannot always heal everything on their own but they are always great in prevention and in accompanying treatments. I love working with herbs in all possible ways 😊
In all the current mess that my body and I have been through, the current medical structure is a ripoff. Don’t get me wrong, much does have a function, but a lot of it doesn’t. And in fact at what cost. Their famous cortico steroid that I am on that is supposed to be the bee’s knee’s for emphysema, after I had an allergic reacted to it and it has trashed my adrenal gland and kidneys which have sent hormones and immune system haywire all through my body is an interesting journey at the least. But the biggest thing that hit me was, it wasn’t what was happening to me but the reaction from every specialist and doctor I saw. I was trashing their ‘drug’ so they all dumped me. I could feel each and every one of them wipe their hands of where I was at and left as quick as they could. And when a specialist says to you, after they refuse to countenance that I have had an allergic reaction, keep taking it or die (I tried to slowly wean myself off it over 6 months (your supposed to be able to do it in about 2 months) and I reacted that badly I had to be rushed into hospital three times). And my mom and every other old person around the world end up in old peoples homes rattling like a pill bottle with all that they take. Make them live longer, probably, but at what cost. They have quantity of life but the quality went with the pills. Mmmm, oops…that was a rant and a half 🤣. That must have been brewing for a bit, sorry 😂 🤣 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
This is so true! Medicine can be a blessing but a curse too. I think we all can feel if something doesn’t do us good. Maybe maybe it is better to enjoy a shorter life fully than to have a longer life filled with pain and huge restrictions. People need to take more responsibility for their own health and not only do what they are said. Everybody has the right to decide which life they want to live. But healthy or not… this does not count for chocolate of course… 😅
Oh, of course not. Chocolate is a magical food, I’ve never seen so many people smile inside and out whenever they touch it. If that isn’t a miracle I don’t know what is dear lady 😂 🤣 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
You are a great advisor, Erika! Thanks, and have a beautiful Sunday! xx Michael
