Absolutely, if only those who need it the most would understand a bit that they are not (yet) fully developed. You know, I am thinking of some former and current leaders in the first place.

Erika, leaders of all people, must be sponges of new information. There is no way possible for them to know everything, so those must delegate. Yet, they need to be briefed, so it is imperative for them learn. Warren Buffett, one of the richest people in the world and a student of learning about companies, said that Barack Obama was the best editor of information he has ever seen. Obama successor told everyone that he knew everything and his gut instinct was smarter than a scientist’s brain. Keith
