A sense of peace
Serenity
Releasing all
That’s haunting me
Sounds around me
Not touching me
My center calm
There’s my retreat
A sacred place
Where I can be
Always welcoming
And it’s for free

When you reach that place within, so much changes. You begin to stretch your boundaries and do things that would never normally reach our radar. We have to let go so much stuff simply because it is no longer us. A small moment in time but it affects us so profoundly, and the rebuild begins. Enjoy the journey ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋
