It is likely to happen that we only react to what comes from outside. When we adjust inside, we can deal better with whatever happens outside. That reminder is really needed from time to time. Thank you, I hope you had a good one, Michael!

We can control what is inside as long as we don’t become robotic in nature. The world around us will continue to revolve but we will handle it much better.

Right! It matters more what happens inside of us than around us, since what happens inside of us influences what happens around us.
