Looking back and allowing myself to accept whatever has happened and deciding to use it as a strength as really shifted things for me❤

Well said dear lady, and it is indeed such a beautiful feeling when they meet…we could almost walk on water. Still working on that one though, I can wade through it…float on it, but the walking thing wobbles just a bit. I must need a little more confidence I think 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋 😂 🤣

Walsch said in a lecture, if you look into the eyes of a person for about 2 minutes constantly you fall in love with them. Maybe we should try this with a mirror and see what happens…

Done…and an interesting meeting, I already do love myself. After all I’ve been through I have removed much of my wall so the self love can flow…but…there is still a slight aversion feeling from my old way of being. It does indeed seem to take many years to ‘clear the deck’ so to speak, like many habits we have 😀 ❤️ 🙏🏽 🦋

Oh, yes, for sure. What had time to build up and get settled over decades cannot be removed within a few days. That’s when we need to be so patient with ourselves… which I am not so good at… lol
