The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
And I prefer a combination of everything, a well-balanced fitness training consisting of endurance, body forming, and muscle building ๐ Thank you, and you have great one too, Michael!
Erika, the metaphor of taking that one, first step is excellent. Whether it is the toddler (clad in flotation materials) who is too scared to jump in the water with a parent waiting in the pool or the person who is frightened of starting a recital, that first step is all that is needed. Keith
The first step is the most important to get things in motion. But also, there may be only one last step to be taken to reach a goal. We need to be careful, not to miss that last step only because we give up a little too early.
Oh, yes, that’s a great point you made here, Keith. A seeming setback can lead to a great result if you just make the effort to take a different approach or try again!

Like they say, the feeling to give up usually occurs right before the miracleโค

That is right. It is a phenomenon that everyting seems to peak right before the goal is reached.

True. In business, it may be that follow-up with the client. You may learn they were not totally satisfied, so it allows you to remedy their concerns.
