Erika, some couples can be alone in the same room. Some couples can talk for hours on the phone or via text. My daughter and now husband would spend hours on the phone. Keith

Once I understood my barriers to it…I could see the masks I wore. Those masks have a purpose, like happiness and sadness. We must feel both sides to understand them. With them on and off to find that empathy and compassion because of that experience. A great post Erika 🤗❤️🙏
