It so can, when I’m not at peace within myself, I definitely not much use to others especially when they need me.

So true, Erika. Peace isn’t just something we feel inside, it’s something others feel the moment they’re near us. We’re always projecting what we are, whether we say a word or not. And that calming blue is the perfect visual for it. When we cultivate peace within, we quietly give everyone around us permission to breathe a little easier too.

I love that you too mention the blue. Maybe that was another reason I chose this image unconsciously. It truly has a centering and calming effect.Thank you, Khadija!

Erika, well said. This is especially true during stressful times – leaders can calm the team with their behavior. Keith

I fully agree, Keith, and I can confirm this from my own experience at work. Having a boss who keeps the calm, helps to center everyone and strenghtens the whole team.

PS – My youngest son has such a serene countenance, he attracts people. He has studied many religions and taken meanings from several. He does not get ruffled, so people around him are at ease. His many roommates (friends) of both genders enjoyed his company as a result. Keith

I can totally understand the attraction. He lives and lets live. That’s all it needs. He takes people for who they are. On one hand people are at ease because they feel accepted and respected for who they are and at the same time, they are valued for what they have to give (knowledge, abilities, inspiration,…)! Something everyone (especially leaders) should get to understand.

Indeed it can Erika, we ever project what we are, be it happy, sad, joyful or angry. And everyone can ‘feel’ it, even if not a word is spoken 🤗❤️
I love the blue, that is so calming kind lady. I’m almost going to sleep looking at it 😂❤️🙏

We send out what we are and get connected to the matching energy. That’s how we can tell a bit from the things we receive what we send out.
I am happy you feel the peace in the image already. I am glad I found an image that goes along well with the
