Erika, they are halves of different coins. Arguably the best male team basketball player in history is named Bill Russell. Between the NBA, NCAA and Olympics, his teams won 14 championships. While very talented, he was very anxious before big games and vomited in the locker room restroom. He was confident in his abilities, but humbled by the responsibility placed on him. Michael Jordan also was confident and often took the last shot to win a close game. Why? Because he was humble enough to know he could handle missing it. Keith
