The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to all of us that you were meant to be.

Erika, excellent, but I would rephrase this to say when something gets blown out of proportion it causes fear. We make mountains out of molehills. Keith

I agree, fear has many faces and origins. In the end, it matters how we think about it and therefore, what we make of those changed proportions. I realized it just lately when we were on vacation. Our son told me that one or our cats did not show up all night and not in the morning. My first reaction was that my stomach just pulled together and felt like a stone. Not, because I believed that something bad happened, but because we had such a moment once and it was simply that thought-folder that opened up and caused this instant emotion. Once I began to think about it with some distance, I knew that everything was all right … which it was in the end. We are so controlled by past memories that take over before we even begin to think. Thank you, Keith, that was another good input!
