Wonderful words from Mark Erika.. and loved the Shell as an example of the cover… We are housed in our various shells… Yet LOVE resides beneath/within us all, no matter how much we push it aside.. One day we have to look deep within to find that love within..

Yes, that’s the point. Our shells may look beautiful and also, they fit us. But still, they are shells that keep us from recognizing ourselves and the love we are. Thank you for your words, yes, may we find that love one day soon 💖

Every breakthrough is a break of a shell and reveals more of what is behind it. As you said, most of all, the love that lives in us which we are.

It is that pain under those covers that empathy, compassion and love is understood Erika. We all must face it and it cannot but build us with those ingredients. Even in that very act of covering ourselves over we learn what we are and what we are not.
Thank you for sharing kind lady, mind you, some of those covers are pretty like your shell…but the most perfect and loving one we eventually find is that original one of us, that one of acceptance just as we are 😀❤️🙏

The pain of breaking through. And your experience with not being able to breathe is literally showing what oppressed love means. Oh, yes, I am looking forward to finding my one and only personal shell one day. Layer by layer I am getting a bit closer. Thank you so much for letting me share your words, Mark!
