It is a process that we find out in our own ways. But we find out… π

You say it! It is a choice and that choice is up to the individual themselves – no one else. Thank you for stopping by.

It is a travel to find ourselves on this path, testing our hearts to clear the debris of our fears. And as we do the view becomes clearer and clearer. Enjoy the journey kind lady, may you reach that mountain top of love πβ€οΈππ½

Erika, I was watching a movie about a Russian violinist called “Gitel.” She had survivor’s guilt from living through the Holocaust and watching her parents and twin sisters get shot by the Nazis. Gitel could not allow herself to be happy. The breakthrough came later when her psychologist told her she could start by loving herself again. Once she did that she accepted a proposal of marriage from her beau. It was pretty profound. Keith

This example is so moving and exactly how love works. It is not love distancing from someone, but someone distancing from love. Thank you for mentioning Gitel’s story, Keith.

We all go through so much, struggling with ourselves to understand our lives, to find meaning in the craziness. But it is definitely there, and it is because of that very struggle that will give it meaning. Like climbing a mountain, it will take a lot out of us…but…an incredible view at the end will make it so worthwhile. Thank you for sharing kind sir, may your climb make it that too πβ€οΈππ½

What a destructive reflex. But at least when you notice, you are on a good way.

That is its perfection. We think that, struggle with it often. But on that day when we do see underneath it all…every…single…step…can be seen for the love that it is, the understanding slowly being created for that moment where we finally see inside us ‘and let go’ all those doubts and fears to become that unconditional love. An incredible moment and a very profound one in its understanding πβ€οΈππ½

Listening to love is a beautiful thing indeed dear lady. Unconditional love is standing in that totally open place, eventually naturally with each breath…no longer holding anything πβ€οΈππ½

It is a work of art, each and every one of us to allow it in…and become what it is. Each brush stroke coming together. In the beginning nothing seems to be recognizable, and on through most of its creation, a little flash of recognition here and there. But slowly that masterpiece comes together, all its parts being understood and appreciated for what they are and truly begin to stand out and appreciated ‘because’ of what it took to create it. All creates it, each step a part of the whole. When I saw it and understood, I could see how beautifully it came together, even in those parts that didn’t seem to have any meaning…even the simplest so powerful, to build that heart within πβ€οΈππ½

Yes, opening to that search for our love and happiness is its driver. We are touched by that love from those we love and look up to as babies and children, and ever search for it. And in that, feel all those opposites of our emotions so we can appreciate them all. There is just one to go. We spend our lives in those doubts and fear of us…but that has the greatest and most profound understanding of them all. We hold ‘our’ love at bay in those doubts, but on that day we understand that fear it all lifts a great weight off our shoulders, opens a beautiful understanding within us that it all had a great purpose, to teach us unconditional love…by experiencing the conditional love we had bound ourselves in with those fears. We cannot understand one side without experiencing that other. Like understanding and appreciating happiness so much more, by experiencing sadness too. Enjoy the journey, smile even while it is raining, because behind it all is something very beautiful πβ€οΈππ½
