The purpose of my blog is to inspire and shine a light on the beauty and power of the wonderful being inside your body. You came into this world to share what only you can give. Remember who you really are, conquer the world the way you always wanted to, and become the blessing to us all that you were meant to be.
Once we take our hands from off of our eyes to face the scary and unholy, even though we shake with fright and horror, the eventual outcome does free us of that very thing we would not look at. Seeing is the first step in self-healing. You cannot force anyone to see that rainbow unless he or she is truly ready to see the rainbow. In order to see the rainbow, however, you must go through the storm, survive it, and over come it. That takes courage and strength.
This is the point and it is a big reminder for us in both ways, as the one who tries to make us see and the one who doesn’t see. So often we want to understand but don’t because we are blind to the solution or the explanation for whatever reason. And yes, the other point is that we are too scared to look at it, although it is less scary to look at it once and let it go but to be afraid all life long. But that is another lesson we are to learn during our journeys.
Thank you for your words, dear Amy 💖
Looking dear friend at something that puts dread and terror in the pits of our stomach is far from easy, yet when we do, and accept it and then release it, we free ourselves. That is what so many in this world do not understand. We free ourselves. There is no savior coming. We are it. How empowering it is knowing that we have every ability to change not only our lives but the world as well. I know it!
Exactly! People need to remember to take responsibility for their lives again. Nobody can be happy if it doesn’t happen from inside. The same with liberation. It is an inside job. For each one who does it there is less burden and negativity left on this planet.
Much love, Amy 💖
Absolutely! We can give inspiration and hints if we are asked but we are not our job to tell others which way to walk or what’s better for them even though we feel sorry for their pain. Love your comment, Jan!
Sometimes they are not even aware of that fact. And who knows what I or you don’t see that others see… we are who we are at this very moment and what we see is in connection with our current state of awareness. Thank you and you have a great weekend too, Sylvester😊
I got so upset yesterday when I was running errands that when I put my credit card back in my purse to use at the next store, I couldn’t find it. When I got back home I told my husband I lost my credit card and he calmly asked me to look through my wallet. I flipped through the stack of cards: insurance, medical, business, drivers license, and more. I told him I went through it three times already. He saw the credit card in the pile and pointed it out to me. I still insisted it wasn’t there. I was in a panic until he calmly showed me again. Now here’s what happened. I was in the grocery store looking at the boxes of pasta shells. (You know how many different shapes there are.) At eye level, one of the boxes had black bugs crawling around inside the box. I froze in shock because I couldn’t believe what my eyes were seeing. I turned to the lady next to me and said, “You need to be careful.” She asked why. All I could do was point at the box. 🐜🐜🐜
I can so relate to your experience with the credit card. How often was I desperately and in shock looking for my wallet, my credit card box, or my keychain only to find out that I put them in the “wrong” section of my bag. But I see your point. Although your husband showed you, you did not see it. That example with the bugs is very impressive too. Unbelievable how much we are able to blank out. AND when I read the quote I thought again of your friend 💖
So many things we don’t want to see Erika, scary bits that hold us hard. But once that awakening starts and we realize it does have a great purpose, the view goes on forever. Great share dear lady, thank you 😀❤️🙏🏽
Fully agreed, Mark. This again reminds me of books I read and found new insights in the same chapters (even in the ones I wrote). Or I began reading a book but put it aside again for months. When I read it again, only then I was able to understand because I had to make experience in those months before I continued reading. We can be so blind without even noticing (as I replied to Ritu too).

It’s not even our job to make someone else see. It’s our job to shine as bright as we can and those who want to see, will. Love this!

When they only acknowledge the darkness then they will never perceive the light. Have a fantastic weekend, Erika 🌞

Interesting how we function, isn’t it? But it is always according to our state of consciousness.
