Erika, well said. One of the things we have discussed before is the act of helping others is a way to fix one’s heart. There is a psychic income to helping someone, even more so if she or he never knew you helped her or him on the journey. Keith

Yes, being kind to others requires kindness to be developed inside ourselves first which has that healing effect. And I couldn’t agree more with what you said about the silent helpers. Mostly because the ego has no chance for presenting itself through an act of kindness when it happened anonymously.
