Sweden – Nyköpinghus (Castle)

When it stopped raining tonight we took the chance and headed for the nearby castle just around the corner of our hotel.

There were those cute little frogs everywhere. We were very careful not to step on one. This is my son’s hand.

All of a sudden a huge swarm of birds took off.

A little of the surrounding – again lots of water!

Hey!!! Nice to meet you. It is beautiful!!! Are you still in Nyköping? We will explore a little more today. Your country is beautiful in general. I love water in any way and you have the most romantic sights all over the country. Thanks for stopping by 😀

No I haven’t lived there in almost 7 years, but all my family is still there! 🙂 I go home and visit every now and again. If you have time, you should have ice cream at Aktersnurran by the harbour. Best ice cream place in town 🙂

I guess it is this weeee warmer where you live now… haha. That way I understand that you cannot just come around for a coffee. You have a beautiful home country, Sophie! (Now I understand the Swedish Kiwi, great blog name!)

It’s actually not that much warmer here! Haha. Well, at least not in Wellington! Winter is warmer, because it usually doesn’t go into the negatives, but I feel summer is actually warmer in Sweden! The climate is actually quite similar. Yeah, I came up with the blog name a few years back and I’ve stuck with it 🙂
