It is the time of the year when I can start breathing again after weeks that were filled with producing, packing orders, with organizing, preparing for and participating in Christmas markets, and with trying to catch up with all private Christmas preparations as well, next to working in my part-time job. It is a good time, and I don’t want to miss any part. But like every year, I will take some time out for family, relaxing, and getting some administrative stuff done.

I wish those who celebrate them peaceful and lovely Holidays, and to everyone a successful and simply good rest of the year. Take care. See you on January 5th again.

But when you listen to the lyrics until the end, you will see, it fits perfectly. Love is the greatest gift of all anyway. If we can feel it, we are living in peace.

About ten days ago, we turned on the Christmas lights around the house. Every year, this is a moment I wait for impatiently. At this time of year, these lights do something to me – and I mean Christmas lights in general. They make me smile, bring back the child in me, take me back to cozy and soothing December evenings when the kids were little, or remind me of lovely times at Christmas markets.
In summary, they warm my heart and support it to open up.

Although the hectic of finding our way through overcrowded stores and getting the last Christmas gifts just in time can be very stressful. But let’s leave that out for a moment and just concentrate on the meaning of Christmas.
