It’s time for another page of my book 365 Thoughts of Healing. I am sure many can find themselves in the words below. Whether we understand others or not, everybody has the right to be heard and respected. Unfortunately, even that is not easy to understand for many, until they are in that position. Have a great week!
It’s time for a thought that may accompany you through the week. May you find peace with whatever happened in the past, and be aware that it is behind you. Don’t allow your thoughts to keep something alive and hurt you for something that no longer exists in the present. Or grab the bull by the horns and face what you tried to ignore for too long. Sometimes you may push yourself to forgive, but maybe you need to forgive yourself for not being able to forgive yet.
Today is the 244th day of the year. Instead of picking a random page, I have chosen the actual number of the day in the year. I hope it speaks to you. Have a wonderful day and start to the new week!

I am sorry, but I had no time for scheduling posts for this week. However, at least one inspiring thought could make up for it this week.
By the way, if you liked this and maybe other excerpts, I would feel honored if you took a look at the book. Links are provided below. AND if you like what you read, I’d appreciate it if you left a rating or even a review on Amazon or Goodreads. Thanks a lot for your support!

For today, I felt like sharing some inspiration. Still, too many carry guilt or anger with them—feelings that others caused in them. Remember that whatever you went through taught you a specific lesson. It caused you to develop something important in you or led you to places or people you would have missed otherwise. Whatever still haunts you, look for the positive it gave you, and recognize it as love’s way of supporting your development sustainably to reach your highest goals.
I thought it was time to share another page of my book, 365 Thoughts of Healing. At the time I scheduled this post, I picked the page randomly. Now I wonder what meaning it might have for one or the other when it gets published. Have a great week!
I was working late today and expected not to be able to read any posts this evening. But I am so glad and happy that I did! Opening the reader I saw Lisa’s post with a great review of two books. I am humbled and honored that one of them is my latest publication: 365 Thoughts of Healing. Here is an excerpt of what she wrote:
Our thoughts are powerful. The power to choose our thoughts sets us free. As a licensed mental health counselor, I have utilized cognitive therapies to guide clients in shifting their thoughts. This helps decrease depression and anxiety. In my work as a spiritual coach, I help clients shift their thinking and behaviors to increase their manifestations. It is important to focus on what we have and what we want. This is what attracted me to this book in the first place…
Please, head over to Lisa’s and read the whole review. It won’t take you more than two minutes and I would appreciate it a lot.

A big Thank You to Lisa for her review and 5-Star rating on Amazon too! And thanks to everyone meeting us over at Lisa’s!
Today, I am sharing another randomly picked page from my latest book 365 Thoughts of Healing. When we need help, we will receive it, always. The only thing to see and accept that help can be our offended mind. We don’t owe anyone anything but the fact that we help when help is needed – mutually. That is what makes us human. Personal issues are secondary and can be discussed later.
Spending the past three days outside in my boot at a Christmas market, there is an exhausting but fulfilling weekend behind me plus a lot of work in front of me. Today I am sharing another excerpt of my book 365 Thoughts of Healing. No one is immune to suffering. We all feel it in a personal, physical, or mental way. All sufferings want to tell us something. So, don’t curse it, don’t ignore it, don’t suppress it. It wants to tell and teach you something.
Have a good week peeps!

Since I don’t have much time left for posting, I will keep sharing excerpts from my latest book, 365 Thoughts of Healing. May it inspire your day, motivate you, or give you insights to get further in a specific matter. I’d appreciate it a lot!
I hope you are doing well, no matter what life throws at you. Remember you are amazing, unique creatures. Not everyone can accept that. Celebrate your individual being anyway, which adds its own personal color to this world.
Wishing everyone a happy Monday and a good start to your week. May you find the freedom to be satisfied with yourself independently regardless of what others think about it.
It is amazing how we get confirmation and encouragement when we only open our eyes to our development. For today’s Monday post, I felt like sharing a page of my latest book 365 Thoughts of Healing. But instead of picking the number of the day in the year, I decided to pick a random quote.
Today, I’d like to share another page with thoughts for the day from my latest book 365 Thoughts of Healing. I hope the message speaks to you. And if it does, please leave a rating on Goodreads or Amazon to support its recognition.
Hi, everyone, I thought it was time again to share an excerpt of my latest book 365 Thoughts of Healing. We have the 106th day of the year, and here we go with thought 106. If you like what you read today or in previous excerpts, or if you bought the book, please, leave a rating on Amazon or Goodreads! If you had time to write a review, I appreciate it even more! Thank you for your support!
For today, I’d love to share another page of my latest book 365 Thoughts of Healing. Today is the 15th day of the year. So, let’s go with the according page. Have an inspired day!
On a side note, I noticed that whenever I share a page of my book 365 Thoughts of Healing, it is in red or pink color. I don’t question it. We may need these colors. However, be sure the book is much more colorful than that.

Today, I am sharing another excerpt from my latest book 365 Thoughts of Healing. Today is day 303 of the year and here we go with the corresponding page. I hope it gives you some inspiration for the day.
A few weeks ago, Hugh published a post about comments on blog posts. I could relate to what he wrote so well. If you have a little time, please hop over and read his post. He completely nailed the issue I observed too. At that time, I had already written a draft. I was not sure whether to publish it, but Hugh’s post encouraged me to do so. So, this post is neither a complaint nor a rant, just an observation that particular comments were just left to be left. I think, why not share and see whether others make similar or other observations:
For today, I’d love to share another page of my latest book 365 Thoughts of Healing. Today is the 261st day of the year. So, let’s go with the according page. Have an inspired day!
This is more or less a sequel from last week’s post to show how a perfectionist’s mind can get you in the way. A couple of weeks ago, I had this profound insight moment. You know I have published my latest book in May. I have done a lot of marketing in different areas since. As a self-publisher, this is not easy, but a lot of work. Then, aside from kind comments on the related posts, it seemed as if it was not recognized. After a while, I felt some frustration building up and I noticed that something was going wrong. This is not how I want things to be. This is not who I want to be. This is not who I am. With the distance, I looked at everything, I was not surprised that such an attitude (the book is only one outlet of that inner concept) can lead neither to satisfaction nor to health.
Unfortunately, I had no time to prepare a Monday post as usual. So, there is no better alternative than sharing a motivational page of my latest book. Today is the 233rd day of the year, and I decided to share the according one today.
Today is the 214th day of the year, and I felt like sharing another excerpt from my latest book. As you know, it is a book that accompanies you throughout the year, every year. Of course, it’s not meant to be read through like a novella but to be picked up when you need it or when you’re looking for inspiration for the day. So it’s never just read through. You can use it as a daily or sporadic inspiration. You can either choose the day of the year or randomly pick a page. However, may it speak to your heart as you need it at that moment.
Today we are heading towards the most eastern part of Austria (which will be a ride of about 9 hours). My sister is getting married and we will be back by Friday. So, since I won’t have time for replying to your wonderful comments in the coming 4 days, I decided not to post at all.
Hello everyone! I hope everything has been well with all of you. I enjoyed my vacation very much. But when you are away for several weeks as a self-employed person, there is also a lot of work waiting for you. So today I’m going to share another healing thought and inspiration from my new book, 365 Thoughts of Healing. I look forward to visiting your blogs today and seeing what’s been happening in the meantime.
I am happy to announce that the e-book of 365 Thoughts of Healing is available. The Kindle version is not only a preferred option for many readers but also indispensable for those who are not able to or struggling with reading a physical book. Also, since the paperback is not available on amazon.com.au and .co.jp. this problem is solved with the e-book.
Good News: I found a way to lower the book price by republishing it. Now it is available for example for € 24.35 or $ 20.66. It was quite a nerve-wracking action because I had to set it up completely anew and unpublish the first one which was not so easy. But I made it and it was worth all the effortto make it more affordable.

More than seven years ago, I published my latest book 101 Kind Quotes. A lot happened in the past years in my private and my business life which has not left much time left for writing when even I longed to get there again. So, a new book had to be that kind of book that can be completed in a short span of time, maybe 6 months: The idea of “Thoughts of Healing”, to give the reader daily hints and inspirations, was born. I thought about 100 to 150 pages. But during the process, I noticed that a drive-thru concept does not work for me. So, I expanded it to a reference book for every day of the year. I began in January 2021, and here we are, almost 2.5 years later. The idea of a quickly completed book manifested itself in a major work. However, I see my mission as providing something that brings inspiration, help, support, healing, solace, faith, and strength, and something that supports the readers in their days. That is worth any effort! But now, let’s get to know a bit more about the book:
