“no pain no gain”. I was in isolation for almost 3 months and i thought i was being punished by the universe only to realize it was part of my healing and self inner quest journey. Sometimes we gotta embrace the scars coz they’re absolutely what makes us shine.

Hi, Sanjo! That’s such a healing and conciliatory insight. That long time was challenging and healing at the same time. And I dare to claim that after you realized that it all was part or your holistic healing, your isolation ended soon. We are not good in granting ourselves time for healing… no room in our schedule and we don’t want to appear weak. But it takes more strength to step back and take a time-out – simply because we are worth it.
Thank you so much for sharing your story, Sanjo, that may help others to deal better with their healing.

The matrix keeps us on a hamster wheel dear Erika, and if we aren’t well equipped with self control it gets overwhelming,.. that’s when the universe or God comes in to save us the more we resist, the harder life gets so we gotta learn how to surrender and know when to take timeout…. and as you said it simply because we are worth it!

You said that well: it is a decision everyone makes for themselves. I think the secret is to understand or (re)discover that it is a decision. Spending too much time in that hamster wheel we can become blind for our own power. And it’s true, when the pressure becomes too heavy all that remains is that power. Thank you for your profound words 😊

We should allow our scars to remind us of what we’ve been through, how far we have come and that we have the strength to make it going forward.
Keep sparkling, dear friend 💎

That we are Erika. We are compressed in life’s journey until we are so clear and perfect as only a diamond can be, allowing us to truly shine that love we become 😀❤️🙏

We are like diamonds in many ways. The more pressure we experience, the more we grow on it. And with all our experiences, we are shaped brilliantly!
