I definitely have scars but I like to think that they’ve helped mold and shape me into the person and woman 👩🏻 I’ve become and I’m sooooo very grateful for that❣️

Ok, so that’s also true! We don’t need to make each and every possible experience in one life… lol.
Thank you so much, I really do. We went to Lake Constance this afternoon. (33 °C). Awesome! You enjoy this summer weekend too, Michael. And don’t worry if the Portuguese kick the Germans out tonight😜

Hey, great journey. I hope you had a nice stay there. In English its really called “Lake Constance”? Wow! A much better name as the German one. 😉 Dont worry, Erika! I am so far away from soccer, it does not touch me anyway. Lol Oh, i had a longer power nap, this afternoon. Also amazing! 😉 xx

It was very lovely and again, only about 45 minutes away. Yes, Lake Constance, funny isn’t it? Would be even funnier to call it “Ground Lake”… lol. Oh, really? However, congrats to the German team. I had not expected them to win that clearly!

Scars are our reminders, our beauty marks that make us unique and beautiful 💖 Like the Japanese art of kintsugi, our pieces, shattered and feelings broken, bonded with gold creates the masterpiece we are!

Erika, so true. Plus, they make great stories. How did you get that scar, someone may ask? My wife grew up on a farm, so she has several more than I have and I have a few. Hers are also more entertaining involving roosters, cows, school age boys and brothers. Mine involved sports, so are less exciting. Keith

Oh, wow! I can only imagine! I also love the analogy that the skin of a scar is thicker. So, your wife my not even recognize things, at which others begin to complain!

So, that is something your wife and I have in common. I refused to receive epidurals during all three births too. Yes, it does make you more pain resistant for sure!!

Erika, that is interesting. If we ever do meet, you can compare notes with her. The first two came quickly, so there was not much time to get an epidural in her. Keith

That would be really intersting to exchange our experiences. The first one was a fast delivery too, and no time for anything. The other two were not long but I would have had the choice… until it was too late when I was about to give in… haha.

We are stronger than the cause behind our scars and we can share our stories to inspire others. Kick ass quote to finish the week! Have a great weekend, Erika.

Exactly! Each survived scar is an encouragement for others that they can make it too! Thank you and you too, Sylvester!
