Whatever we give our energy to, we nourish—whether we want to or not. The intention behind it doesn’t matter. So we must understand that the responsibility lies with the individual. If we want change, we must be the change ourselves, and that begins with a change in attitude. First of all: What is now isn’t meant to last forever. Let the Sunshine in!

Often, we are caught in our daily obligations and responsibilities. At those times, we only function, and the only goal is to keep our heads above water. Mostly, those are temporary times when just too much comes together; after that, everything returns to normal. But when such busy periods become more frequent, it is a clear sign that we should maybe take a look at our activities. It may be that some of our activities have developed/been added and now require more time or attention, or simply that circumstances have changed. One example is a growing business or hobby, or a sudden life change.

Isn’t it a pain when you love doing something (or have a lot of interests), but together everything goes beyond your daily or weekly agenda? You are used to giving 100% of whatever you do, when too many particular activities need too much room at times, you cannot guarantee the quality. Plus your mental health can be affectd.
